Often times we will want direct access to your clients system.

• Log into the CLIENTS 4Sight account
• Click Users at the top
• Go down to External Users and enter in kevin @ blackwiredesigns . com (minus the spaces)
• Submit a ticket using the Submit A Request option at the top with the  customers 4sight account name (case sensitive and will not have spaces in it) as well as what version composer they are on
