Lets start with what are the rhapsody plans. By looking at rhapsody’s website you only see 2 plans but there is a 3^rd streaming only plan. 

The Premier and Premier plus come with Mobile Device streaming ie an android phone using the Rhapsody App and also the ability to use the Rhapsody music store and purchase DRM Free MP3s.

The streaming only plan removes the mobile device streaming. When I logged into rhapsody on my Droid X it said I needed to upgrade to a $9.99 plan. If you are only using rhapsody on your Control4 system this is perfect.

If you are an existing rhapsody customer follow these steps  as well

The steps to cancel are the same weather you are a new customer (on the trial) or a current customer. 

Go to http://www.rhapsody.com/cancel/reason sign in with your user name and password then select Price as the reason you want to cancel and click continue. Now click I need to reduce my expenses and continue. Then you will need to log in again

Now you will see the Rhapsody Basic plan. Select it on the left. 

That’s it! You are done.
