Connecting a Fixture to an Equipment Location (Blue Line)

A "blue line" indicates a fixture segment that is not connected to an Equipment Location. To connect a Fixture Segment to an Equipment Location:

  1. Click on the circle endpoint of the Segment to activate the drop down menu
  2. Select the Connect to Equipment menu item
  3. Select an existing Equipment Location or create a new one
  4. Enter the distance from the fixture to the equipment location (to calculate the required wire gauge)
  5. Click Ok

The Segment will now be connected to the Equipment Location and turn green if there are no other issues to resolve.
